As a health clinic focused on integrative spinal rehabilitation, we have a unique pilates studio with spring boards, spinal arcs, TRX suspension trainers, fitness balls and torsonator. Designed to train the core muscles, pilates is recognised as one of the most effective exercise programs to maintain overall fitness and good posture. Our physiotherapist, Estelle, and chiropractor, Maria, are trained pilates instructors and plan all classes to suit the needs of the participants.
Class sizes are limited to no more than 6 people to ensure you benefit from an intensive workout and so that programs can be tailored to suit the needs of individuals.
All classes are claimable through private health insurance.
